We rented the second floor apartment which was excellent for our stay. We stayed for 6 nights in early September. It was very clean and well appointed. The apartment was very comfortable and exactly as showed in the pictures. The location was perfect for us, as we were attending to a wedding at Chiesa San Pietro, which was a short 5-minute walk from the apartment. Nonetheless, the place has an excellent location to visit areas of interest all over the place in the historic city center of Assisi. If you are renting a car, as we did, there is a public garage also 5 minutes from the property where you can park. Marco was an excellent host, and we were in communication long before our stay. He answered all our questions and remained available thru our stay. This is a place where I will definitely stay again next time I visit Assisi.

Soggiorno perfetto ad Assisi. La struttura vanta un'ottima posizione, in pieno centro storico e a due passi da tutto, ma con la comodità di un parcheggio a pagamento vicinissimo (dettaglio fondamentale per la zona). Il check-in è stato facilissimo e super veloce. La casa è estremamente pulita, accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa. Nulla da dire, è stato tutto impeccabile. Ci torneremo sicuramente!
