The hospitality, how close it was to everything, the view, the ability to get help at any time day or night
Nothing in particular, but I would advise changing the alumetal windows to a more sound proof type as the street noises made it quite difficult to relax or sleep at some times. Also reinforcing them a little bit as the rumble from street cars made it shake a lot which caused the same as above. Otherwise, everything was super good.
