Номер большой и достаточно чистый. Кровать удобная, розеток достаточно. кондиционер не шумит и хорошо охлаждает. Лифты удобные. Персонал вежливый. Еды в столовой достаточно много и она разная. У отеля удобное лобби с кондиционерами и местами где можно посидеть и дождаться очереди на регистрацию. Есть бассейны и мост по которому можно из жилого корпуса перейти к пляжу через дорогу, наверное это удобно для детей. Отель расположен в нескольких минутах от аэропорта и это было решающим фактором для выбора. Я брал отель практически не глядя, только по рейтингу и расположению, оказалось что этот отель предпочитает большое количество пенсионеров, учитывайте это если для вас это имеет значение. Отдельно спасибо менеджеру на ресепшене который помог решить проблему с тем чтобы за доплату добавить второго человека в номер, мой товарищ тоже решил переночевать с дороги :-).
В моём номере 3401 не доставал wifi, пришлось заплатить за esim чтобы пользоваться интернетом. В остальном никаких нареканий нет, стоимость проживания соответствует уровню.

• El hotel es bastante bonito.
• Tiene acceso directo a una pequeña playa privada.
• La playa cuenta con hamacas y resulta agradable, aunque es bastante pequeña.
• El personal es atento y educado.
• El buffet ofrece bastante variedad y opciones para diferentes gustos. He estado en hoteles con buffets bastante peores, por lo que considero que este es razonablemente bueno.
• La ubicación junto al mar es buena.
• La playa estaba bastante sucia, con residuos tanto en la arena como en el mar. Sería necesario mejorar mucho su mantenimiento.
• La habitación que nos asignaron no correspondía con la que habíamos reservado: habíamos reservado una habitación con vistas a la ciudad y finalmente nos dieron una con vistas a un patio interior.
• La limpieza y el mantenimiento general del hotel deberían mejorar bastante. Durante nuestra estancia en Egipto comprobamos que muchos lugares no reciben el mantenimiento adecuado, incluso cuando las instalaciones son relativamente nuevas, y en este hotel también se nota esa falta de mantenimiento en algunos aspectos.
• En el caso de las chicas que viajan solas, la atención del personal puede resultar algo excesiva en determinados momentos.

Location: Next to the dock / other hotels
Value: Good value for a hotel that is comfortable for international travellers as well
Room: The air-conditioner did not cool the rooms much. Next to that, our room had a sliding door that was broken down, so a gap was open and the room was even warmer, noise was coming from the trucks on the streets at night.
Dinning Area: The ventilation is poor so the place smells funny. There is fume extraction set up that is just not being used, no windows open either…
The coffee must be one of the worst coffees that I have ever had…

L’hôtel est près du centre-ville les chambres sont grandes et le personnel est très gentil et très courageux petit clin d’œil à Mahmoud qui a été très pro et très discret qui fait très bien son travail
Très bruyant route passante avec discothèque musique et bruit toute la nuit pas de sommeil
Plage très petite pour beaucoup de monde pas propre et de plus il faut quitter la plage à 18 h les maîtres nageurs sifflent à partir de 17h50 pour que tout le monde sorte de l’eau après 18 h plus possible de se baigner je n’ai jamais vu cela
La nourriture immonde pas bon manque d’hygiène restaurant en sous sol étouffant trop bruyant
