The hotel room was very spacious, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The three meals served daily were quite satisfactory. The beach was absolutely beautiful, and the evening entertainment shows were very enjoyable and engaging.
Although I had explicitly requested a room with a double bed, the bed provided was only 1.60 m wide, and the mattress was significantly smaller than the bed frame itself.
The mattress was extremely soft and uncomfortable. For two people—especially if one partner has a larger build—there simply wasn't enough space to sleep comfortably. Consequently, I had no choice but to sleep on the sofa for the entire duration of my stay.
Furthermore, the reception staff appeared to lack the training and professionalism required to properly handle and resolve guest complaints. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell well short of my expectations.
