Breakfast was good.
The lift was very scary (old fashioned). Also it wasnt working for some time too, so going up and down by stair's is quite difficult. Further the AC in room was not working properly. After every 1-2 hours it turned off automatically. We had to change rooms the following day. Time strictness was at extreme. We requested for 2 hours additional only but we werent allowed since guests were coming up (Indeed its a busy hotel no doubt). But still i think there should be some flexibility here.

The staff is exceptionally friendly, competent and willing to help and support with any request. Shout out to the staff manager Mr. Hossam! The hotel provided a very warm and friendly atmosphere, specially being centered/focused on the diving club, therefore ideal for international divers.
The pool is very small, and if there is one thing that does not match at all the level of the Hotel its the Beach it has access to. It really hurts the reputation and experience of the hotel and does the hotel injustice. If the Hotel has access to a better beach I would give it a 9 rating. As I was focused on diving (and whole day diving trips) I did not need to access the beach. Had I relied on the beach access, the rating would be severely affected.
