This single level property with wrap-around verandas is only a 10-minute drive to the Hunter Valley Gardens and moments to Degen Estate, Misty Glen, Hart & Hunter, Hunters Dream, Crossing Creek and Keith Tulloch cellar doors, and eateries such as Muse Kitchen, Amandas, Piggs Peake, Cocoa Nib and Esca. Ideal for wedding accommodation as well as concert goers for Roche, Hope and Bimbadgen Estate, all only minutes away from their venues. Golfers will also love the proximity to The Vintage course.  Guests will enjoy a relaxed setting amongst the vines of this working vineyard as well as the property’s casual and open-plan layout. The spacious, combined living and dining room with Spotted Gum floors, wood burning fireplace, timber table and comfy leather sofas, TV, Wi-Fi and air-conditioning are ideal for group stays. Dining is a breeze in the country kitchen, equipped with double French door fridge, 120cm electric oven, gas cooktop, coffee machine, microwave and drinks station with mini wine fridge. Enjoy the large undercover sandstone paved patio for relaxed brunches or outdoor dining with wood fire pizza oven, gas BBQ, small bar fridge and firepit. Footage is private and remains the property of the owner, and will only be used for insurance liability reasons, to monitor occupancy and other policies noted in our Terms & Conditions. They, in no way, are there to infringe upon the expectation of privacy of guests in these exterior areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in loss of security deposit or eviction.  A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed. Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.

 Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
