Nice, but with room for improvement

Central location. Room was comfortable.

Air-condition gave a bad smell. Turned out the filter was moldy and we had to remove it. Kitchen utensils in poor condition (corkscrew broken, knives not sharp, etc.) After 4 days I asked for a clean pair of towels and was told that only stays over a week recieve a change of towels.
