About this house rental

Located in Lancelin, this charming house for $165 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Whether it is the beach you desire or you are chasing that adrenaline rush through the famous Lancelin sand dunes this is the place for you. Situated at the north end of town right across the road from the dunes its close enough for you to push the bikes across. Or if it is a bit of fun in the sun, sand, and surf you prefer this too is within walking distance to Lancelin’s north end beaches. At the end of the day come home and crank up the wood fire BBQ and throw on a snag or two while sitting back taking it all in. Other features include a fully enclosed fenced yard, covered outdoor area, garage and a weber Q back up in case the weather does not allow you to have that outdoor BBQ. Pot belly fire with guard around it (currently not in use 01/08) Weber Q Wood fire BBQ Ceiling fan in main bedroom only-No Air conditioning. Fully enclosed yard-Pet Friendly with a $250 pet bond. No school leavers or under 25 adult groups will be accepted at this property. A 3-night minimum applies in peak season. If you require a two-night stay, please send through a request. This property strictly sleeps 5. No Tents, Caravans or Camper Trailers allowed at property. Check in time is 2 pm unless prior arrangement has been made. Guests are to supply their own sheets and towels - Linen hire available on request. Porta cot and highchair available on request. Lancelin is attractively nestled between a large, safe bay with 2 large islands and extensive sand dunes, the town is a worldwide recognized venue for Windsurfing and Rock Lobster fishing. The bay of Lancelin is by far its best feature. The calm waters of this bay are beautiful and water activities dominate the town's leisure activities. A very popular town for people who live in Perth as a short coastal break. This property is managed by Country Values Holiday Homes. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Please take my comments as constructive as to improve your property. On arrival there were a lot of dead cockroachs and mouse droppings inside the cupboards, on the benchtops and floor.We cleaned up and stored food in the pantry only to awake next morning to find mice had eaten some (had to be disposed of)Vertical blinds need repairing or replacement. Black out curtains missing in some rooms (Main bedroom)Flyscreens and some windows in poor condition, flyscreen on sliding door unusable. Light switches around verandah inaccessable. Batterys flat in TV remote. No Mop No Vacuum cleaner(bag Missing).

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are shocked at how bad this house was. We complained to the rental company but blamed the landlord on being an old man. The price we had to pay for renting this house is clearly not in line with the product you get. There was mouse **** in the kitchen, dirt in the living room, cobwebs on the ceiling, etc. Just plain ****. Will never use Stayz again.

We had a very enjoyable stay …. Only negative was the verticals blinds are in need of maintenance or replacement - verticals constantly falling off front double door… most twisty poles missing or Very hard to use Did think if you were allowed dogs (didn’t look jnto it) the fencing wasn’t great for a small dog - straight underneath
