Located in Fortuna Foothills, this charming house for $99 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This townhome is located in a new neighborhood in Yuma. This is a new built spacious home that was decorated to make it your little home away from home . Conveniently located near Walmart and shops. We are located close to Yuma palms mall where there is lots of places to eat, shop and entertainment. The house is equipped with all you need to make sure you have the best stay away from home. The space The master bed has super comfortable king size bed with its private bathroom, closet and hot tub. The second room has a comfy queen size bed which includes closet The third room has a comfy queen bed with closet. The guest bathroom serves as a full bath for all guests. Guest access Driveway and two vehicle garage

After the confusion on directions. Vrbo GPS directions give you the wrong address. Written address in the listing says “Lane”, it’s not, it’s “Place”. Thank God for the wonderful host Christen, he called right back and after a couple calls back and forth. We found the condo. Took several attempts with the code to get in. But once in, the condo is quite lovely. Very clean and comfortable. Extremely quiet home and neighborhood. It’s in an area of new builds, so there isn’t a lot of auto traffic. Walmart and other shops are a short distance away. We walked to them, it’s a little over a mile. Easy access to the freeway.
Thank you to our host that actually took the time to call us back and help us.

This property was excellent! Cleanest home we’ve ever stayed in, and it’s in a very quiet neighborhood. We have no complaints; but in truth the spa tub was just a deep garden tub that we were unable to fill before the hot water ran out. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it may be for someone who is basing their decision on it.

We came for a holiday, the neighborhood was very peaceful, the space was perfect for our needs, and convenient to everything we needed. We will hope this space is available for future visits.

We came back to Yuma for my nieces wedding. The condo was great. Super quiet neighborhood and close to shopping. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Had a little problem with the address, but finally found it. Didn't have a contact number so wasn't sure we had the right place. Everything was as expected from the photos. Would stay again.

Great size for a family of four. Kitchen and rooms were ample. Laundry was fabulous for us driving from Canada. Could use some more dishes and cutlery for larger families. A bit confusing to find due to street names and newness of the neighborhood with google. Relatively easy off and on highway once you know your way. Quiet for sleeping. Made dropping off son at college a breeze. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Fantastic! Christian was the very best landlord. He was very prompt in his replies to my phone calls and txts. He solved all my problems and answered all questions. Beds are very comfortable,everything works, neighborhood quiet, felt like the only ones there! Hats off to my new best friend Stan Property Manager. Walmart was close mountains and Jeep trails also.
So convenient for our dog which we so appreciate. Wherever Christian has a unit to rent we will go !!!

This is a lovely townhouse in Yuma. The neighborhood is new and young and very quiet. Anyone looking for a quiet home base to use while exploring the Yuma area. This is ideal. Christian is very responsive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this place.

This home was beautiful, clean and felt like home. We loved the neighborhood, quite, safe little community. The layout of the hone was prefect, even were able to park our vehicle in the garage which was very nice. We all fell in live with the large tub in the master bath. We already talked about another stay, there is so much to Yuma to explore and we would love to spend another weekend doing so since this was a quick trip for our youth football game. The owner was great, easy to contact and communicate with when needed. Oh and the king size master bed was very comfortable!!
Highly recommend checking this home out!!! Thank you and hope to come back soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Boho. It was very comfortable, clean and quiet. We ended up adding a few extra days to our stay and the hosts were very helpful in assisting us with that.
