Before receiving the check-in instructions, you'll need to verify your identity, e-sign our rental agreement, and provide a security deposit. ** Other things to note ** Entire house is yours though the garage shall remain locked and cannot be accessed by guests for the duration of your stay. * As per city regulations, we allow no more than 8 guests at the property at any time! Parties are strictly PROHIBITED! * To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we have provided initial household supplies and toiletries, but these may not be enough for your entire stay, and you may need to purchase additional items. As per local regulations of the city of Desert Hot Springs, we require that you verify your identity and e-sign our rental agreement after your booking is confirmed. We will provide you with a secured link to do so. There is plenty of free parking. You may park on the driveway which fits 2 cars. And lots of free street parking is also available. Access is with a keypad on the front door. We will provide you with the code before your arrival, and it will work throughout your stay. Early check-in (before 3 pm) or late check-out (after 11 am) may be available - please inquire at least 24 hours before your stay if you need this. In order to keep you and our property safe, we have outdoor cameras in the front yard (1), back yard (1), and a doorbell camera. No indoor cameras.
