Gostei do tamanho do quarto, que é amplo, iluminado e bem arejado. Gostei também do esforço dos funcionários para atender bem.
Não gostei da localização. É muito longe do centro. Inclusive, o booking colocou a distância errada. O foco desse empreendimento não é o hotel. Embaixo, no andar térreo, funciona um ótimo restaurante. Os funcionários, que ao que parece, são do restaurante e ficam sobrecarregados ao terem que atender ao hotel também. Poucos falam inglês. A maioria só fala sérvio. Não há uber na cidade. Transporte para o centro é muito difícil, principalmente por causa dos protestos, que acontecem diariamente. Um funcionário foi extremamente gentil comigo ao pedir que um amigo dele fizesse o trabalho de taxista para me levar à estação de trem.
