I had a super enjoyable stay here in Sky Garden. The apartment is well facilitated and everything is clearly in order. I love especially the floor-to-ceiling window and I can enjoy the beautiful view. The apartment building has an excellent location. Train and bus stations are quite near, and the Glen shopping center is just down around the corner, which makes it very convenient for my one-month stay. The customer service staff are very professional and always give immediate response to my inquiries. If I come to Melbourne next time, I will choose to stay here again.
In a reasonable sense, the starting pack shall be connected with the number of days of stays. The current provided quantity seems not so sufficient.

it was quiet. beds were comfortable. a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. courtesy coffee and tea and cleaning products
wasn’t sure about parking or whether it was included . soap dispensers were empty

Check-in was a nightmare!! Asked for screenshots of my personal ID along with a selfie - which in this day and age with cyber security is inappropriate, but as I had been already paid in full, and they refused to allow me to check in without it, I was stuck - will be lodging a complaint re this. Check-in then was a version of the amazing race - very poor communication!! They clearly are trying to save money as there is a concierge at the building - this is not the apartment I imagined - actually a AirBNB under another name
The ensuite shower leaks, the toilet seat in the other bathroom is broken. Clearly, others have been unwilling to report for fear of being accused of being responsible
