Property was amazing. Plenty of space (bigger than expected). Very private - hot tub is in a closed off private area and only visible from inside the property. Property had everything we needed, a great kitchen, towels, clean bed sheets, etc. Host was easily accessible when needed. Collins bar across the road was nice too, very welcoming.
Overall it was great. Only negatives I could list was cars / trucks passing can be heard inside the bedroom due to windows facing the street. Also there was a little getting used to the hot / cold balance with the hot tub. I needed to add a few buckets of cold water, but having a cold hose accessible would have made it a little easier. Not really a big issue, just something to get used to.
