About this house rental
Hi Everyone! Welcome to our Beach House located in the heart of Emerald Isle, walking distance to restaurants, piers, entertainment and the beach! Whether you are ready to hit the town or grab some amazing seafood and cook at home, Emerald Isle had tons to offer! We renovated the bathrooms, master bedroom as of April 2022, all mattresses and furniture in 2022 and just put in a fully new central AC system as of April 2023 and a brand new kitchen 2024!

This was our third time staying here. We love it! The house is cozy and simple with everything we need. The gym in the garage is a nice amenity! The location is close to plenty of shops and restaurants and our favorite ice cream places! Having access to private parking for the beach is awesome! The hosts are attentive and very friendly. We’ll likely book again for next summer!

This was our third stay at this property. Hosts are very friendly, and you can tell they really care about their guests. The house has everything you need for a great week at the beach!! We appreciate the extras that you usually don’t find in a rental home. Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, food, and shopping, and several ice cream options! We’ll be looking to book again next Summer!

This was our second year staying in this rental. We love it! The house has everything we need and then some for a great week at the beach. It’s spacious, clean, and just lovely. The owners are super friendly and I appreciate their courteous communication. We plan to book a third visit next summer!
