Location is perfect - not strictly a sea view but the second row of hotels and passions, less than 100 m from the sea front
Very clean, friendly and helpful staff
It new development. So everything is solid but basic
There is a kitchenette with basic cutlery, a few plates and a kettle. No
Microwave or oven. No cooking, tea or coffee only
Bathroom is also basic with clean towels daily

Super close proximity to the beach and restaurants area in Nea Chora (quieter part of Chania). Good sized balcony. Everything in the flat was working fine.
No lift. A lonely aggressive neighbor dog who constantly barks to passersby.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The accommodation is beautiful, exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. One of our favorite features was the spacious terraces, where we could relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The location is also perfect—just a minute’s walk from the sea.
Athina is an incredibly kind, welcoming, and thoughtful host. She went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She kindly accommodated both a later check-in and a late check-out, and even allowed us to keep the room for the entire day since our flight was late in the evening. This made a huge difference and was greatly appreciated.
Athina was always available to help and even arranged excellent taxi transportation to the airport for us. Her hospitality, generosity, and attention to detail truly made our trip special.
