Very friendly staff, very comfy beds, new.
If you are in a mixed dorm, with six people you don't know it's a bit tricky, some people want to close the windows during night, and others want very cold temperature AC.

Everything was great, very clean. Good kitchen
Please buy new knives for the kitchen. The one you have is really impossible to use ☺️
It was a large group of teenagers that occupied all area, was impossible to use kitchen and area around at all.

The staff was very nice and answered all of my questions. The location was great and made it easy to walk to many different attractions. The kitchen was nice and had a fridge to store food you could buy from a variety of nearby supermarkets.

The location is very convenient to explore Chania :) If you take a bus from the airport, the hostel is walking distance to the bus station.
The staff, people are very rude.
Be aware that you need spend 3Eur to have a towel. You must prepare your bed, they will provide pillow and sheets you must make your bed to sleep.
If you arrive after 11pm it is a trick to enter in the hostel, you must return your towel until 5 am if not only 8am, then to have your 10Eur security deposit back, in case of early flight maybe you can not make this or have an option to get to early at airport.
When I left the hostel about 5:45am, I left my towel and my key card at locker, I took a picture then sent in a wapp, you have no idea about answer I have received =/. Workers are not happy in this hostel
