For off season Pool request, please let us know it requires additional fees and availability at $650 for each house in a week. Pool can be added in March and till end of October. 2) Property is in 4x4 area, and you will need a vehicle to drive on sand - 4x4. We have parking available for your friends and family 3 miles away from the home who do not have a 4x4 and it is your responsibility to bring them to the house. We will cover the costs of parking at outside location up to 9 vehicles. You can park 15-20 vehicles on the site. Still hung up about 4x4: To get to the house, you will need to have a 4x4 vehicle (which you may own/rent or someone in your group will have one). There is a parking spot on the pavement (which is about 3 miles from the house). If you do not have 4x4 vehicle and someone else in your party does, you will park over there and then have your group member drive you to the house. At this spot, you also have air pumps to deflate and inflate your 4x4 vehicle. Once you are at house, you can enjoy the beach and the stay. It requires a little bit of coordination initially, but it is not that difficult. Most people once they get to the property, would probably won't like most other beach houses because of its uniqueness. We just had a party rent from us and initially they were concerned. After staying there for a week, they now want to book again for next year.
