We liked EVERYTHING about the Hotel. It was one of of the most satisfying stays we can remember. Probably the best price-quality relationship we encountered, out of at least 5-10 hotel stays/year. First time we attribute a 10 score. There are too many qualities to mention, starting with the genuine friendliness of the staff. Definitely a place to revisit. HIGHLY recommended!!!
A longer stay would have been a lot better. Will return!

Location is a bit remote and if you're driving from Porto, make sure you take the right route as it can be very winding. Breakfast has everything you can ask for. Interior design is premium and tasteful, it looks lke a period guest house. The swimming pool looked lovely.
The fact that is very remote and there aren't many restaurants around (specially on a Sunday). The acoustic could be better as the bedroom door is old and faced to the corridor, however, everyone was very respectful and I had no issues during the night.
