We had a nice stay and everything was exactly as expected. The room was very clean, well maintained, and everything felt quite new. The whole property is well looked after, and tidy surrounding area.
Breakfast was good, with a nice selection to start the day. The location is also convenient, just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to reach Zurich city centre.
Overall, everything was excellent. We had no issues during our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Nice, rather newly made looking rooms spread around two buildings.
Very kind stuff, I especially appreciate that I could borrow a wall socket adapter for a small deposit which I received back when handing back the adapter while leaving. That's very kind, most bigger hotels would just sell you one for some rIdiculous amount!
My room was really small and no proper chair with back rest to be able to work. Car parking space also rather limited.

Easy to find parking. Close to shopping mall. Location good if trying to experience authentic Zurich!
A little far away from the city centre. Room had no air conditioning, two fans but they weren't really blowing cold air, so it was hot as heck in the middle of summer!! Some staff cannot communicate well in English so wasn't always easy to get directions/advice.
