The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The double room was spacious and the location was walkable to everything in the city.
There is no AC which there are plenty of windows to open & you’re given fans. But the location of the hotel is very busy so if you stay I’d recommend bringing earplugs due to the noise of people and vehicles outside. Earplugs worked just fine to get a good nights sleep. Also keep in mind you are sharing a bathroom with about 3 rooms, so give yourself time to get ready because you might be waiting for a little.

The whole vibe was very homely and lovely - or "gemütlich" I should say! The staff were all lovely and made you feel at home, on top of all giving good service.
Considering there was a heatwave during our stay, having at least a fan in the room would have really helped, since it was too hot to sleep well.

Clean room, comfortable bed, lift to get up to the room, friendly staff
No aircon. It was 30+ degrees when we visited Zurich and it was way too hot and uncomfortable in the room. We were provided with a fan but this wasn’t enough. The room didn’t cool down to an acceptable temperature until about 1am. It would be fine staying here in colder months, however I would avoid in the middle of summer.
