Good location right by the train station. Clean.
It’s not really a hotel - there are no staff - the self check in is laborious and annoying - there were 8 people waiting to check in at 2pm so it took ages for everyone. There are no staff and the waiting staff in the cafe ignored us - there was a private event in the evening so the bar was closed. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Great clean boutique hotel just 5 mins walk from the Zurich HB station. There's option to store luggage in case you arrive before check in time. Check in process is easy and automated. Although small, the room was very clean, with multiple amenities like a tv, coffee maker, safe locker, etc. Toilet /shower had hand wash, shower gel and shampoo.
Shower drainage was slow. There's a partial shower enclosure, so you have to be careful to avoid splashing water outside the shower area.

The location, steps away from the bus and train stations
Lack of customer and personal service. The hotel is small, no actual front desk. If you encounter problems you need to call reception of the other hotel. Also NO AC. Originally I wasn’t aware my mistake though for no checking prior to booking.
