Fresh, spacious new apartment very close to transit stations and all the major sights.
Quick to respond to any needs with a phone call. Helpful housekeeping staff.
You have to call to get the code to enter building for initial check in. Perhaps that code should be supplied in writing as not everyone has a calling plan while travelling. Once inside though, the electronic check in was easy. You also need to call to make requests or get help. Perhaps a 24 hour what’s app messaging line would work better.
No instructions were provided for the air conditioning so night 1 was too warm. You can’t really open the windows without noise from across the street so air system access was important.

Edificio muy nuevo, con aire acondicionado. Cama comoda y cocina bien equipada. Viajabamos con niños y era justo lo que necesitabamos. Todo muy automotizado pero funciona perfecto

The location is fantastic, right near Zurich HB and the old city. Plus, the room is well-equipped, with everything you need, from the kitchen to the laundry room.
The only thing I’m missing from the room is blackout curtains on the window.

Er was geen personeel. Er was geen ontbijt. Deze zijn allen niet van toepassing.
Check-in is om 16.00 vliegtuig landde al om 9,00 - Pas heel erg laat een code voor de voordeur via de e-mail ontvangen zodat ik er mijn koffer niet neer kon zetten. Hele onduidelijke instructies. Het was me niet bekend dat het een onbemand hotel is. Een halve dag met je koffer door de stad lopen is niet prettig.
