The location is very good, quiet enough but close to HB and the Old Town area. Small but very well equipped kitchen. Very comfy beds and great linen.
No one was able to clearly communicate if we'll have a possibility for early check in until the very last moment, got automated message around 11 am on the check in day. I am guessing paying for early check in is customary around there, but that's not always the case in my experience.
A bit weird to not have refills for toiletries when you stay for a whole week. We called the 'virtual' front desk and they told that they do not offer refills. Then on day 5 cleaning services knocked our doors so we were able to actually get some refills in the end, but the situation was a tad confusing.
Not a dealbreaker for most people, but there is no blackout curtains. I know about eye masks, but try making a toddler to wear it for a nap.

A spacious apartment in a fantastic location, with one small table for dinning and another for writing.

Aircon was hard to control
Asked for help and was told to turn the temperature up to cool the room - this didn't work.

"Great apartment in a great location. Quiet, great facilities, excellent size. We had a late arrival due to flight delays, but the check-in process was easy."
