Superbe location and beautiful bathrooms. Fantastic breakfast
The movable aircon was rattling the whole night and made sleeping impossible

Centrally located and comfortable
We received an upgrade to a more spacious room - with extra beds and a jaccuzi. In the bathroom there was a wall mirror for ladies to apply their cosmetics. Plastered on top of it was an enlarging mirror. With the weight of the mirrors combined, it tended to tilt horizontally so to use it, one ended up holding the mirror with one hand while using the free hand to apply cosmetics. Rather comical.

Very, very good location. Close to the lake and other places in Zurich . After arrival got upgraded with no charge . Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast selection. Clean rooms.

Everything, Do not go by the pictures posted online, pictures given online are either of day 1 of hotel opening or professionally edited. Except the hotel location rest everything deserves zero star rating.
