Very central & good to reach

Unfortunately the room was fairly hot
Classic air conditioning was not available - only the Dyson air tool (was ok)

Great location and close to a train station and the lake. Lovely park near by as well
No air conditioning but they did have 2 nice fans. The windows opened up in the evening which helped!

Easy to find, great staff. Great breakfast. Really good comfortable rooms.
Rooms didn’t have aircon. Dinner was expensive. €40 for a burger.

The location was brilliant.
Unfortunately I didn't have a very nice experience with one of the breakfast staff. She was quite officious and reprimanded me like a child while I was waiting to refill my cup with coffee. She could see I was waiting behind a gentleman who was at the beverage machine. As soon as he had finished she promptly started to tell me off stating they close at 10.00 and continued to verbally tell me off. It was 10.01 by the time I stood to refill. She did not speak to the gentleman in that way and I can only assume that this was ageist and sex discriminatory. I did report the incident to FOH and I was offered an apology. The experience did upset me and it wasn't pleasant, I sincerely hope that this doesn't happen to other guests as it was all very unnecessary.
