All staffs are very friendly and make you welcomed. The room is spacious and very clean, the air conditioning makes you feel so comfortable at very hot weather. The location is easy to reach to every tourist destination.

Front office staff were helpful and considerate Great breakfast. Be ready for an uphill climb from the train station.

Location was excellent and very quiet for city centre. Attractive building.
The room was only set up for one, despite the hotel knowing we were a couple. Our flight was delayed, I informed hotel of our late arrival. We arrived after midnight, the receptionist practically knocked me backwards off the stone step when he came to let us in and then we discovered the room had only one towel and one single duvet! After chasing towels, pillows and duvet, we had to then wrestle pillow cases on and duvet cover ourselves. We were singularly unimpressed.
Breakfast was uninspiring and basic - unless you like the self-serve semi-warm cooked stuff.
