Excellent location! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. On our very first day, our child was given colouring books, crayons and stickers at breakfast, which was such a lovely touch. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in, with incredibly soft and cosy pillows. For a 3-star hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the Rituals toiletries. We also appreciated the welcome chocolates. Another big plus was that our family with two children was accommodated on the top floor with only 2 rooms. It was incredibly quiet, which made sleeping very comfortable. The location is perfect.
Our room was cleaned only once during our three-night stay. The price is a little high. Our child slept on a sofa bed, which creaked every time she moved. A proper single bed would definitely have been a better option. The breakfast selection was a little limited.

Location
Tried using the ac in order to close the window and avoid street noise but it never really got to a comfortable cool temperature for sleeping.

The room is spacious with sofa/table, and fruit available at reception was a nice gesture. Staff was helpful and store luggage for us until late afternoon. Breakfast was plenty with a great variety, and very tasty. We booked early hence got a really good price .
The shampoo and body wash is in one bottle, which is a bit strange to us at first, but I guess maybe that is the norm in Zurich/Europe?

The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good.
My room had a bad smell the entire time I was there. I understand there was construction outside but the room kept a sewage smell in my room and bathroom. I felt I spent a lot of money to not be comfortable in my room.
