The location and staff were wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. It is a good value.
The noise from the bar across the lane was the only thing that could be improved.

The location is excellent since in the center of the city and close to all means of transport..
The breakfast was good. Though attention should be given to the fruits some of which were over ripe
The room was excellent apart from the cooling system which was not effective!,
The cooling system in the room was ineffective. Though, was very necessary to be in order considering the heat wave during our stay.

Our room was large with a nice seating area. Coffee and tea were available in the room at no charge. The beds were very comfortable and we had room to spread out. The rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent.
The hallway carpeting needs to be replaced, and isn't very welcoming. The AC was just ok. The evening was cool so we were able to open the windows, but during the day there is construction in the street so it's loud with the windows open. The green glass doors to the bathroom were a weird vibe (but better than clear!).

The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good.
My room had a bad smell the entire time I was there. I understand there was construction outside but the room kept a sewage smell in my room and bathroom. I felt I spent a lot of money to not be comfortable in my room.
