We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, close to the lake, with a supermarket within walking distance and only a short walk from the Zurich Opera House. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. There were plenty of towels for everyone, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and both liquid and bar soap. Communication was excellent, every time we contacted the team, they responded quickly and very kindly. We also really appreciated the chocolates they left for us as a welcome gift. It was such a thoughtful and lovely touch.
The only thing missing for us was a washing machine. For a family staying several days, having one would have made the stay even more comfortable and convenient.

We stayed in Aug were temperatures were high even during evening .
It is unbearable to rest especially with kids.

It was exceptionally clean and the location was good.
The mattresses were so uncomfortable that we all had backache after one night. There wasn’t enough bed linen or shower gel/shampoo etc provided for 4 guests. We were all cold despite turning the heating up.
No washing up liquid/basic kitchen ingredients or even a bottle of water included.
