We loved our stay here! The location was super convenient, only about 9 minutes from the train station, with a Coop nearby and plenty of restaurants around. We even ended up going to Burger King because it was the cheapest option for us 😂.
The staff were so welcoming and attentive, which made us feel comfortable right away. Our favorite part was definitely the room—the terrace was beautiful and completely surprised us! We had such a nice view of the area and really enjoyed being able to sit outside.
Also, one of the biggest positives for us was the air conditioning. It worked so well and felt amazing after being out exploring all day.
Overall, we had a really great stay and would happily stay here again!
The only down side was the freezer was beside the stove and the wires kept getting in the way. Not a deal breaker at all!

On arrival we received a free upgrade which was a lovely surprise and a great start to our holiday. Location was fantastic. Beautiful bars, restaurants and shops on your doorstep and only a 7 minute walk to the train station. Room was a great size and had absolutely everything you needed and decorated to a very high standard. Staff were wonderful, so helpful and friendly especially Angela and Dupya on reception. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
We didn’t get breakfast so cannot comment. Beds were a little small if I’m being picky and air con was a bit noisy but as it’s an old hotel I don’t think this can be helped and it was better than no air con at all especially as we had a heatwave. But it definitely didn’t ruin our wonderful stay.

The location and cleanliness
The room was very small. Couldn’t only sit one person at the table and the air conditioning was a portable floor standing unit which couldn’t cool the room and obstructed kitchen access. Neither of which were shown in the photos maybe to make the room look bigger. The curtains did not fully cover the window and there were no curtains on the kitchen window which had to be left open to let the hot air from the overworked air conditioner vent outside. Booking.com advised there was a microwave however there was no where to put one and the fridge was not working but did get replaced when advised of this.
