The room we eventually had was great - spacious and comfortable. The location is something quite special.
We swam in the pool once and found it slimy and dirty. On our last morning I watched the pool cleaner - what a joke. NOT good enough for a hotel of this level.
We had originally booked an EAST WING room - on all the promotion this shows as part of the main building - what a CON - walking 100's of meters through long tunnel with steps every time you want to use a facility in main building. Lucky one of the kind front desk staff found us a room on 3rd floor of main building looking over the pool with a balcony. Perfect - but EAST WING is a CON.

The main hotel is very good however, the price which is announced in booking was for an extended building not the hotel it self. It was SCAM, when you arrive you have to pay more than 50% extra to stay at the hotel or otherwise they will accommodate you in the extended building which was far a way and not to the standard shown in Booking.

Good design. Spacious. Some of the staff were helpful. Comfortable beds.
Not the cleanest hotel. Poor sound proofing. The Staff were generally poorly trained for 5 star standards. Some staff were unhelpful and could not be bothered. Reception staff rarely answered the phone.
