Everything was perfect but make sure you arrange for pickup of your luggage at the tram station, because even if it is only an 8 min walk, it is steep, with steps and a very difficult to do if you have heavy luggage

Very nice and clean hotel. Views of Zurich and sunset were amazing. My only complaint was the 7 minute walk up a steep incline. After a long day of having fun the 7 minute walk was more like 27 minutes. They do offer pickup at bottom if you call and ask. I highly recommend using that service.

Astonishing view -fun to arrive on the little train.
No air con. Very unhelpful Receptionist ;she appeared to be totally uninterested in providing information. When we arrived at the little station from which one walks up to the hotel ,guests are asked to telephone the hotel to arrange luggage pick up…Reception didn’t answer. Luckily for us a hotel employee arriving for work called and organised luggage pick up. When asked about taxis/uber she just replied ‘she didn’t know’.
