Was clean
Facilities was not great as Sheraton others. There was no drinking water in suite and breakfast didn’t have variety as seen other Sheraton.

We stayed in a Club Room and had access to the Club Lounge during our stay.
The room was comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did a good job. The Club Lounge was a nice place to relax, but the food selection was quite limited and was basically the same every day.
Breakfast was of decent quality, but unfortunately there was very little variety. We stayed for several days and the breakfast selection was almost exactly the same each morning, which became a little repetitive after a few days.
The hotel is a little bit away from the main train station, so the location may not be the most convenient if you have a lot of luggage. However, if you enjoy walking, the distance is still quite manageable.
Overall, the stay was comfortable and the Club access was a nice benefit, but more variety in the Club Lounge and at breakfast would definitely improve the experience, especially for guests staying several nights.

Location so close to a Tram line
Nothing, if pushed maybe the bathroom glass could be less transparent to avoid light filtering into the whole room when the bathroom light is turned on

The room was spacious and the beds were clean and reasonably comfortable. The view was nice from the higher floors. Temperature was comfortable. Welcoming staff was very friendly and helpful.
Dated hotel with strange room layout (shower window to the bedroom?). Bad experience calling for room service after an exhausting trip with small children: first room service is unavailable and the frontdesk can't pass an order, but they will call back. After 10 minutes of radio silence and another call to the frontdesk they take it upon themselves to finally pass our order - not what we expect from Sheraton. Also not the best area to go for a walk, but public transport is excellent.
