Air con didn’t really work that great 🙄 Couldn’t change settings and was definitely not 16 deg as it said so can get a little hot at night

This place was perfect for what we needed it for. It had everything we needed. You also have access to laundry just need to get soap but that was a huge plus. Great location too! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Expensive like everything else in Switzerland. Never into 10am check out, too early.

It’s in a great location though it was very difficult to figure out the entrance. And the apartment would be nicer in the fall or spring.
We stayed during the heat wave and the AC was not hooked up. We could see in the ceiling there was an AC, but they would not turn it on for us and it was at least 90° in the apartment. If they had better curtains on the bigger windows, we could’ve at least blocked out the sun.
They did bring us one more fan, which helped a little, but the staff was very rude when we were trying to do laundry, which stated was included, but in reality you had to wait until 3 PM and then fight for the washers.
Finally, the sliding door to the bathroom was broken so we could not actually close the door to use the bathroom, which was frustrating as a family of four.
