Great location, very close to the tram stop and the train station, excellent airport transfer service, good coffee at breakfast, kettle and refrigerator in the room

Too expensive breakfast relating to its quality, no waste segregation, room was not properly cleaned on start (few hair on bedsheets)

Location was great! Main train station only 15min walk and tram only 2min. Quiet and comfortable rooms.

The rooms were a little too small.

single beds were small for any adult and felt bit dusty.

Nice location and stay in the air conditioner room in melting summer. Room is indeed clean and designed.

The hotel’s location is very good, easily accessible by tram from anywhere in the city. Hotel is really clean and modern. Plenty of options for restaurants and cafes.

The triple room was really small with very little space for luggage. The kettle in the room had no electric outlet to plug it in. We had to move it to the writing table to plug it in. The staff was not friendly at all. No eye contact, no greetings or smiles. They would all benefit from a lesson in hospitality and basic etiquettes of being front desk personnel.

the pillows were very uncomfortable and the reception staff were not very welcoming when we arrived. felt as if we were interrupting them greatly.

Location was good for the short stay we had in Zurich. Modern, clean facilities and friendly staff. Able to extend our check-out time and leave bags at the hotel while we explored the local area. Shampoo and body wash supplied were of good fragrance and quality. Excellent WiFi.

The window in our room was a terrible design. Had to climb the desk and into the window surround to reach the handle to open it and could not have window open without the curtains being open. We were very hot in our room also, there was only the option of the opening the window as we stayed in May. Air con is only operational between June and November and the heater can be used between November and March. For April and May, it seems you just have to make do with whatever temperature it is. We happened to be staying here on a 25 degree day, with a low of 14 degrees overnight and we cooked! Opened the window through the night, which meant we had to have the curtain open which led to no privacy from the offices over the road in the morning and of course tons of light and noise This was worsened but the fact there were roadworks happening on the street directly out the front of the hotel.

I really liked the style of the interior especially the bathroom. The breakfast was small but good. Everything was very clean and everything was also taken care of. Although, not very new I really liked that there was a 24 hour fitness room and sauna which could be used without additional payment. Staff at the desk and cleaning staff was extra friendly.

Not much to dislike. In the business room of my colleague, there was a larger bed, but in my room which was right underneath the roof I had a great view to make up for it, so not really so negative. :-)

Nice hotel and very nice and clean room. Comfortable bed. The room is rather well equipped. We enjoyed our stay there.

The main drawback of the room was a very small closet: you don't have enough space to store clothes there. The number of towels and amenities supplied each day seemed to be random at times.
