Excellent staff, very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were very clean, spotless. Facilities and beverage services were fantastic.
No real negatives. Maybe more flexible hours on the free beverages instead of fixed times.

Location is great, closed to everywhere, walking distance to Namba train station to airport is strong plus for your last day to airport.
AC system stinks and my daughter ended up sleeping in the living room as she can’t handle the smell in bedroom, maybe filter in the bedroom needs a replacement
