We had a wonderful stay at Candeo Hotels Osaka Shinsaibashi. The location was perfect—close to Dotonbori, shopping, restaurants, and public transportation, yet the hotel still felt peaceful and relaxing. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the beautiful rooftop SkySpa after a long day of exploring Osaka. The staff members were friendly, polite, and always helpful. We would happily stay here again!
There was honestly nothing we didn’t like about the property. The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for the two of us. Everything met our expectations, and we had a wonderful stay.

Location was central to everything.
The listing suggests there is a pool, it’s a onsen which is different from a swimming pool — partly why I booked this particular hotel.
The hotel refers itself as a 4-star hotel, it is closer to a 3-star hotel. The rooms were not as clean as we would’ve like them to me, it felt old and outdated. There a coat of dust on our headboards, and scuffs on the walls. The images of the property are much nicer than what you get in-person.
