The location was great & the view was stunning! When you first get to the lobby, you absolutely have a "wow" moment taking in all of Osaka in every direction. The rooms were big, immaculate & had great amenities. The staff were lovely and eager to assist at all times. The lounge access with free drinks was a nice little surprise!
The only thing I didn't love was that there were direct lifts (elevators) from the ground floor to the rooms - you had to switch on the lobby level.
