Relax and enjoy the privacy of our 4 bedroom home. Located in the Maggie Valley Country Club community, come enjoy all that Treetop Tranquility has to offer. Cozy up to the indoor fireplace or outdoor fire pit, take a dip in the hot tub, or enjoy the deck looking over the mountain. Play golf at the public Maggie Valley Country Club just minutes from the house. Enjoy the outdoor charcoal grill or make s’mores at the fire pit with friends and family with ample seating with two picnic tables and chairs. Motorcycle friendly and accessible. Explore the shops and restaurants in Maggie Valley, or use the house as a home base with the many surrounding attractions within an hours drive. Hike in the Smokey Mountains or take a drive on the blue ridge parkway nearby. Shopping in downtown Waynesville is just a 15 minute drive away, or adventure into Asheville in under an hour. Press your luck at Harrah’s Cherokee Casino or experience the culture in Cherokee which is just a 30 minute drive. If you’re into winter sports we are a short drive to the Cataloochee ski area, or try Tube World for those less adventurous. Both are open seasonally. When it’s time to wind down, come back to the cozy home and sit by the gas fire in the living room. The living room also has a new 50 inch, Roku smart TV. You can log into your apps on the TV, or watch TV through Spectrum cable, that is also in each bedroom. High speed internet is also available throughout the house. Wildlife is around in the mountains. From deer and elk to red foxes and bears. Please be aware of this. 45 minutes to Asheville 30 minutes to Cherokee 15 minutes to Waynesville 15 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway 15 minutes to Cataloochee Ski Area 10 minutes to Lake Junaluska

Everything about the house was perfect! It was extremely clean, well stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the ping pong table, gas fireplace, and the hot tub. The host was very attentive and checked in after our arrival, during our stay and afterwards to see if we needed anything or if there was anything that they could improve. It was within easy driving distance to Cataloochee and Waynesville where there are lots of great restaurants (highly recommend Boojum). We would happily stay here again when we come back next year!

My family and I wanted to get away from the everyday lifestyle we have in Central Florida. We visited Maggie Valley a couple of years ago for a day trip while on vacation and fell in love with the town. We decided that our next vacation to the mountains it would be Maggie Valley. I found the TreeTop Tranquility home on VRBO and it was the best decision ever! It is secluded and we enjoyed the home very much! We have a Bernese Mountain Dog who absolutely fell in love with this property too! Everyone loved that they had their own room! We enjoyed the amenities, fire pit, hot tub, balcony and porch on both sides of the house. We were very close to the town, ski resort, tubing, and shopping! The home owner checked in with us, which was very thoughtful. We definitely will stay here again! Hands down to Clay and family for having us vacation in their home!

The house was clean and ready for us upon our arrival. Clay was very communicative throughout the entire process and couldn’t have been better to rent from. Beds were comfortable and the recliner in the living room was the absolute best. Was nice to have the fireplace running and be in comfortable seats.
Ping pong table was a nice addition along with the hot tub. Amenities were great. Couldn’t have a fire due to the severe draught but the fire pit looked cozy. Electric heater in the bathroom was great as well.
Would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

We had a great stay in Maggie Valley! The house was great and had everything we needed! The hot tub was perfect for the cool nights and early mornings to sit and enjoy the views! Close to shops, hiking and Elk watching! If available we will stay again.

This is a fantastic property in a great secluded setting. During the day, the cabin is in a secluded location. Plenty of area to have nice walks and play with the dog. We had planned to have a family gathering, but that didn't work because of changes in work schedules. The wife and I had the cabin to ourselves. The quiet and location of the cabin was great. The cabin has everything you would ever want to enjoy you time in the mountains. We enjoyed siting in the hot tub on the back deck looking at all the great color in the changing leaves. In the evenings, the smart tv provided all the entertainment we could expect with access to Netflix and Peacock. Even watched a couple of the important college football games on Roku TV logging into our cable accounts. We would not hesitate in trying to book this property again. Can't say enough about the responsiveness of the owner. Provided lists of restaurants in the area and it was most helpful. We had a problem getting the dishwasher to work and owner responded to or text for help in less than 5 minutes. The problem was that is a switch to provide power to the dishwasher and it was turned off. The dishwash, as well as all other appliance worked great!

We had a great time! The weather could have been cooler for us (fall time) but was still awesome. The leaf color was as pretty this year as it was last year at the same time but God controls that. The shopping in waynesville was too good (haha) blew my budget! We will definitely rent this cabin again!

Every year my friends and I go to the mountains to ride motorcycles. While its ideal for riding motorcycles, finding a place friendly to our set up is a little challenging. This place checked all the boxes. Four couples comfortably stayed in this home. We had fantastic parking for 3 trucks and trailers as well as the 4 motorcycles. The property owner was very helpful and communication was spot on. You cannot go wrong staying at this property. We will go back again.

Home was very clean with great beds. Nothing bad at all to say about the house or owner. Home had everything we needed. Location was great and close to town. It was not easy getting a 16ft trailer around the turns though. Even though my very experienced motorcycle riding group did not have an issue getting up the paved drive to the cabin, there is a very steep, maybe 45 degree incline that would cause problems for lesser riders. 5/5 otherwise.

Hands down one of the best experience's I have had with a rental. We were out of town for my son's wedding. The communication with the owner before, during and after was phenomenal. He was very accommodating with all my requests. The rental was perfect for all of my guests. Great location, clean home. We will definitely be using this rental again in the future!!

Let me say this... if you are looking for a great place in Maggie Valley, NC area - this is your place!
The home was perfect for our family. Everything was super clean, the location was great, the house was truly perfect. Clay (the owner) was super easy to get in touch with and very communicative on everything before, during, and after our stay.
This home is perfect also for individuals with mobility issues, as it has literally only 1 step via the back porch to access the house, and the master suite, kitchen and living room are all on that main floor. You literally can't ask for a better place for someone with mobility issues.
We absolutely will be staying at this house again when we visit. There is so many fun things to do within an hour of this location, making it truly the perfect mountain destination.
I would not hesitate for one second booking this home again.

The cabin is beautiful. The pictures on VRBO are spot on but seeing the actual inside of the cabin gives you that Ahhh moment. We were amazed at The Beauty. The cabin was clean and felt like home away from home. The area is secluded so privacy wasn't an issue. Each room downstairs had its own door to the outside balcony. The downstairs basement has washer/dryer connect with ping pong table for playtime; I will state the basement is unfinished/needs ungrading. The hot tub is located downstairs. We didn't utilize the hot tube for two reasons. 1) It had a lot of sand inside it. 2) even though the property is secluded the Hot Tube deck walkway is open to the yard with no gate. A safety gate would be nice. We were concerned animals could wander onto the deck. Overall we give this property 5" we will return for another stay.

The cabin was in the secluded woods at the end of the road, on top of the mountain. We loved the fire pit outside. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. The area was very private with a great view! The beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have the indoor fireplace as it was warm and cozy. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. We would stay here again. Thanks for a great long weekend!

We booked this Vrbo for a quick one night trip to the mountains to go tubing for a friend’s birthday. The whole process was super easy, we didn’t have a single issue with the house, and Clayton was VERY accommodating. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in the area.

My fiancé, now husband, and I rented this house with 3 other couples! We came up to the mountains for our elopement!
The house is beautiful, well stocked for cooking, lots of towels and extra blankets available! The four bedrooms were great! The views were amazing from the decks! We loved the hot tub! And the guys loved the ping pong and dart board! The property manager was available easily via messages to ask questions and gave tips on the area.
We did t want to leave! We all had a great time and will definitely be back and rent this home again for many trips to come!!!

This property was perfect for our family get together. The open floor plan allowed our family to sit in different areas and still visit. The kids loved the table tennis and fire pit. I made a large family meal and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The fall view, colors and location was spectacular. Definitely a excellent stay. The owners are fast and friendly with any questions even before the stay! A+ rating!

Perfect getaway to recharge the batteries. Cute place at the top of the mountain to give privacy but convenience. Minutes from grocery and gas to allow for anything you didn't bring. Had a fun time playing ping pong, taking walks through the neighborhood and quick dips in the hot tub. A great stay!

I have stayed at another rental in the past but by far this house was another home to me and my family. It was my wife and I with our 3 yr old daughter and my mother in law. From the time we booked until we arrived Clay Segers stayed in constant contact with us. I recommend not only this house but Clay for anyone looking for a get away to the Great Smokey Mountains!

The property was clean, beautiful and just as listed. Very affordable. Clay was very helpful. This is the only place I will stay at when I go to Maggie Valley! Plenty of room for everyone and we all had privacy.

The house was very well maintained and spacious. I loved that it was on top of the mountain and the location was perfect. We were minutes from downtown. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and can’t wait to come back!
