The bed was very comfortable, though the duvet was too hot for the weather 32 degrees.
Staff were unavailable and did not clean or restock or clean the coffee machine. There was no milk (even sterilised), and no catering facilities at all...not even a spoon.
The bathroom would benefit from hooks on the door.

Perfect location for us as it’s near family, but really easy tram ride into Heidelberg centre ( about 10 minutes). Handschuhiem is a lovely area with lots of little cafes and restaurants. Great free coffee to help yourself to and a really great bar and restaurant from 4 until 11. Food was good and the front of house guy was lovely.
We were there in a heatwave so although we had a great fan, it was super hot. But it was everywhere.

The Staff was so kind and cooperative.
Location is perfect.
The room was very clean and comfortable.
There was no kettle nor fridge in the room.
