Amazing beach trip with my kids!

17th floor oceanfront - View is amazing!! Spacious. Clean on arrival. Kitchen was stocked with daily supplies needed. All appliances worked. Rooftop lazy river & hot tub a hit! Quiet location & near everything.

Both toilets did not work properly. 75% of the time we had to lift the back of the toilet to get into tank to flush. The toilets constantly ran. Water ran constantly in the shower (did not care too much about that). No broom or vacuum to clean floors with (did not have room service since booked through booking.com/Vacasa). Called Vacasa 2 days into vacation for maintenance & delivery of broom or vacuum & no one never showed.

I like location

The beds were a little harder than what I'm used to, but that'd just to my taste

Never again

Location was beautiful. View was amazing.

The air conditioning kept turning off and there was a leak/condensation on the floor. We could not walk barefooted in the condo as your feet turned filthy black and wet from the wet floor in living room. My two year old ran and slipped and fell in living room due to the wet floors. Maintenance came and said it was due to the air conditioner had a leak or something wrong. They had to shop vac the air since there was water on the floor of the air unit. All this was at 11pm one night. Babette from Vacasa said it was due to us leaving the sliding door open when air was on. IT WAS NOT THIS. I WOULD NOT DO THAT WITH MY 2 YEAR OLD ON THE 17th FLOOR! Finally the maintenance agreed that no, it is due to a leak in the air conditioning unit or something due to air conditioning unit not working properly. My two year old socks were constantly wet and black due to the floor. There was also mold/mildew on the ceiling, so this isn't the first time this has happened. I have videos and pictures for proof! I had a maintenance from Vacasa and two from Prince Resort come assess the problem. I am extremely disappointed with this condo and recommend NO ONE stays here until they get the problem fixed!
