Nous avons eu un problème pour récupérer les clés lors de notre arrivée à 1h du matin. Le code pour récupérer les clés dans la boîte correspondait, mais le badge ne fonctionnait pas sur le digicode. On a appelé l'agence qui a été très réactive et nous a ouvert en 30 minutes!
La vidéo explicative pour nous montrer où se trouve l'immeuble et les clés est d'une grande utilité et très claire!
Le badge qui ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée (non plus pour le local à poubelle), mais équipe très réactive.
La télécommande pour le store extérieur qui ne fonctionnait pas (et beaucoup de vent donc obligés de le refermer pour éviter une casse), mais équipe encore une fois réactive.
Il manquait d'un torchon, mais cuisine très bien équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut!

Die Lage war gut und ruhig, etwas abseits vom Trubel. Gut gefallen hat uns die Terasse und die Aussicht. Wir konnten draußen frühstücken und das am 29ten Dezember, super.
Für 2-3 Personen genug Platz.
Küche hat alles was man braucht bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie gute Messer und ein Geschirrtuch, sonst hat alles gut gepasst.
Die Komunikation war freundlich und der Check-in hat gut funktioniert.
Naja, ich finde die Teppiche nicht so hygienisch.
Duschen empfehle ich in der Badewanne, das Bad ist recht klein.

Es war nicht möglich einen Handwerker zu bekommen. Das Bett war zusammengebrochen. Wir mussten uns selbst helfen. Es gab nur Schriftverkehr aber kein nutzbares Bett !

beautiful view, great location (Graça is much more of a local vibe and it only took about 10-15 mins to walk tourist areas). the location is not too far from Blue train line, and the property was very comfortable, quiet and easy to check In. Parking was easy - there is paid 4 hour parking on the street (about 4 euro) which may be free on the weekends (can’t remember), and a garage about a 10 min walk away which costs 10 euro a day.
Bad host. Did not enough toilet paper or rubbish bags were provided. For a 5 night stay, one roll was provided and a small trash bag. When we asked the property about supply more they said it was only provided as a sample. After much back and forth, they agreed to refund the cost of these, which is ridiculous (and then promptly ignored this) and annoys me on principle, just provide the appropriate amenities for a stay, it’s not that hard. Because of bad communications/interactions with the host I would not recommend this property.
