La ubicación y cercanía a transportes públicos. Aire acondicionado funciona bien. Lavadora también.
Mucho ruido, ventanas que dan directamente a la calle. La caja para recoger la llave estaba rota, hubo que emplear algo afilado (nuestras llaves) porque no abría. Al final lo conseguimos, pero esto por la noche sin luz hubiera sido un problema. Como puede leerse por otros clientes, a nosotros también se nos salía el agua de la ducha. El contacto por whatsapp lo hace una inteligencia artificial.

para ducharte y dormir esta perfecto
al usar la ducha el suelo del baño se llenaba de agua, a causa de esto la puerta estaba toda hinchada haciendo imposible cerrarla.

El sitio era ampliado, los sofás y cama cómodos y limpio.
La puerta del baño estaba atascada y costaba abrirla

Spacious, generally clean, washing machine
Average place for cost
Very cheaply decorated - furniture is wobbly/falling apart, beds uncomfortable and make a lot of noise at the slightest movement.
Bathroom door very difficult to open and close (dragging against floor)
Whole place had a slightly damp smell to it
Pillows were dirty
Shower floods whole bathroom when in use, sink or shower do not drain properly.
Apartment front door is literally right on the street so people walking past at all hours
