El apartamento cumple exactamente con lo prometido en la descripción: cuenta con dos habitaciones de comodidades prácticas y una sala con cocina sumamente bien equipada. Su ubicación es, sencillamente, excepcional: a muy pocos pasos del metro, rodeado de supermercados y con una oferta excelente de pubs y restaurantes para disfrutar del ambiente madrileño. ¡Una base fantástica para recorrer la ciudad!
EN: The apartment completely fulfills what is promised in the description: it features two rooms with comfortable basic amenities and a living room with a very well-equipped kitchen. Its location is simply exceptional—just a few steps from the metro, close to supermarkets, and surrounded by great pubs and restaurants to enjoy the local atmosphere. A fantastic base for exploring the city!
1. Imposibilidad absoluta de descansar. Viajamos en verano (agosto) y el apartamento es extremadamente caluroso; aunque se menciona en la descripción (error nuestro por no leerlo), los ventiladores solo mueven aire caliente. Dormir fue literalmente imposible y la estancia se vuelve insoportable con altas temperaturas.
2. El penúltimo día a la 1:00 am la cerradura electrónica falló. Tienen un call center 24h que resolvió el problema de forma remota, pero exige realizar una llamada telefónica convencional, lo cual es muy poco práctico para turistas sin servicio de llamadas en su SIM. Es indispensable que instalen aire acondicionado.

1. Absolute impossibility of resting. We traveled in summer (August) and the apartment is extremely hot; although it is mentioned in the description (our mistake for not reading it), the fans only circulate hot air. Sleeping was literally impossible, and staying here becomes unbearable during high temperatures.
2. The penultimate day at 1:00 am, the electronic lock failed. They do have a 24-hour call center that resolved the issue remotely, but it requires making a conventional phone call, which is very impractical for tourists without voice service on their SIM card. It is truly essential that they install air conditioning.
