Relax with a complementary Keurig coffee on our quiet private balcony with lovely mountain views. Enjoy all the amenities of our resort including our indoor pool, seasonal outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, game room, billiards, and ping-pong. On site coin-operated laundry, free parking, free shuttle service to Loon Mountain During Ski Season. HOUSE RULES Please remember this is a someone's home NOT A HOTEL. Please be respectful to the property. • NO SMOKING (even on balcony) –You will be responsible for a $250 fine if caught smoking in the building. (Management Rules) • NO PETS – You will be responsible for a $150 per day fine if caught with an animal in apartment. (Management rules) • LEAVE KEYS on kitchen counter when leaving. You will be responsible for a $10 key replacement (Management Rules) • Please leave room clean and dispose of all personal items. • No Ski Boots Worn Inside Apartment (damages floor) You will be responsible for any damages if Ski Boots damage floor • No Towels or personal items over balcony bannisters. You can put them on table or chairs (Management Rules) • Bring towels back from pool. • Make sure all windows and doors are locked when you leave • Report any damages as soon as possible. We understand things happen. But we need to know. • Turn off lights and fans and heat down to 55 or turn off AC when leaving

I would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed the unit. You could tell it’s been kept up and had a few upgrades over the years, and it was a corner unit with a view of the mountain which was nice. The manager was in touch via email and text, so I feel like if we had any issues(which we didn’t) he would have responded quickly. We were there to ski at Loon, and this location was perfect for that. Right in the middle of Lincoln!

This condo was absolutely perfect for 2 people. Theres a full stove and oven so you can cook. Dishes, glasses, and silverware are all provided. Towels were also provided. The bed was very comfortable. Theres a balcony with a gorgeous view of the river and mountains. I honestly couldnt be happier with my stay, I would return in a heartbeat.

The space was perfect for 2 adults. Clean & updated. Surprised with some extra snacks and coffee. One of the very few units that have an awesome view of the river & mountain! Host was attentive (checked in to make sure all was well), kind and accomodating. Just Perfect for a long weekend!

My husband and I stayed at this property for a little getaway. As we entered the room we were pleasantly surprised at how pictures didn't do it justice. The view outside was beautiful and the sound of the river behind was so relaxing. The condo was very clean, the bedding was comfortable and it had everything we needed.The location is perfect. Close to a lot of restaurants and activities. This will definitely be a place we will be returning to and we recommend this place.

Beautiful views of the river and mountains from this cozy condo that has everything you need. Great amenities on the property and sitting by the fire in the great room is the perfect way to wrap up a day of exploring the ice castle or skiing. The owner is highly responsive, communicating and kind. Highly recommend staying here.

We had another great stay at one of Rick Alford’s properties! This condo was a perfect place to stay for a 3 day ski vacation at Loon Mountain. The condo is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located!

Loved the location overlooking the roaring river and seeing the neighboring ski slopes covered in snow! A winter scene at its best.....................definitely will be back for more fun.

A wonderful experience. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! Rick was great with communication. Condo was very clean and had a beautiful view from the balcony. Our location was no more than a 5 minute drive to restaurants and breweries. Not too far from some really nice hikes either.

This studio is clean with very nice furnishings; it has everything one needs. The view of the river and Loon Mountain are spectacular. Rick was excellent to work, he is thorough and a great communicator. I will returning next year!

Great place to stay it was clean well kept and easily accessible. Rooms on the rear of the building are a must if you want to sleep to the sounds of the river, this room is even better as it has a view of the river all year where as many other units only have a winter view once the trees have shed their leafs . Rick the property manager is easily accessible and helpful. A recommended property.

Nice studio with comfortable bed. Loved the river views from the slider and double window and sitting on balcony was delightful. Rick was great and easy to reach. We hope to stay again.
