Massive swimming pool, perhaps the biggest in Yerevan. Huge, clean rooms with very comfortable beds. An OK gym, excellent billiards room, table tennis and outdoor tennis courts. Staff were courteous, polite and professional. Easy access by car to the main highway out of the city if you're planning to drive elsewhere for exploring. Plenty of availability on sun loungers, with towels and robes provided at no additional cost. Filling and delicious breakfast.
Quite a long way from the city centre itself, so access to a car is recommended if you're planning to stay here and intend to head into Yerevan proper.

Beautiful view and an amazing pool. The rooms were spacious. Got a breakfast discount for our group 11.
The security at the gate was a very nice guy.
The list of amenities listed here are exaggerated a bit. We still do not know where the barbecue facilities or the picnic areas are. Were not allowed to eat our own food/snack anywhere on the premises (found it odd since we were planning on having 2 birthday parties at their picnic area)
The paddle courts exist but not in operation. So, 1 free hour/room was just an idea (advertised on their Instagram) during our stay.
Also, the outdoors pool opening hours are shorter than what we thought (information online) and is open to public. The restaurant has very delicious food, however you will not get the service you expect for the money you pay. The breakfast is not a buffet and ordering process and dealing with the staff was not pleasant.
During our stay, the outdoor venue (right under our windows) was rented out for a theater event and the after party. This is something the guests should know before getting the room or even booking since it took long and was very loud. However, at the end of the day, it was a pleasant stay.

It has a majestic round pool with the view of mount Ararat.
Actually We went there for the pool for our nephews and nieces. The children were very happy.
The pool and the pool cafe, the surrounding garden and trees were nice.
