Loved the hot tub and the tiny home was just gorgeous! The horses were entertained by our hot tub banter

Location was great! It's super close to the town and plenty to do around the area. There are plenty of dinner options nearby and you are very close to all the wineries in the hunter region. Plenty of cute horses at the farm and even saw some kangaroos! Stunning at sunset.
The place does get super hot in the summer! There is an AC but it takes a bit of time to cool down so just keep this in mind :) It cools down in the evening/night time so no problem with sleeping! Just a bit warm in the middle of the day.

The Tiny House was sufficient for our stay. We were able to cook breakfast every day. It was our first time using the water-less compost toilet and it was easy to get used to. There was more storage space than we anticipated. We were on a barn stable so it was lovely to see the horses outside everyday. And beautiful sunsets too!
We stayed during summer so it was hot! The Tiny House has an aircon but the first day took a while to cool down. Some nights did get a bit warm since the bed was at the loft. But these were bearable for our stay.

Good area, loved the coziness of the property and great idea with the tiny home and spa outside area.
The spa was very dirty and not very enjoyable. We only went in for 10 minutes then left as there was a bad smell and dirt floating around the water. Which was sad as this was the main reason we picked this property and we didn’t use it. Also when we are arrived to pick the key up in the lock box there was half a key in the lock box and the other half of the key was jammed in the lock. So we could only lock from the inside. We had to put our valuables back in our car every time we left as we could not lock the home. We messaged the host via the phone number and also via booking.com about the key situation as soon as we arrived and we received no response.
