Check in and customer relations were great! The hotel has a lovely ambience and personalized services. Communication and response to enquiries and needs were swift.
For the price, relative to comparator lodging facilities, there should be air conditioning in all rooms. Management should provide landmarks to ease locating the hotel.

The staff is so nice and helpful : receptionists, cleaners, guards, cooks...
Place is a good value, in a lively area, close to many areas by motorbike or cab.
The rooftop is a plus, you can work there.
A feeling of privacy in the room.
Still very noisy because of the traffic. Windows would need double glaze.
One evening, no water, I had to wake up the poor security guard to make the water tank work again

Very good budget friendly hotel in a local area. The room was clean and had all the basics needed for a good holiday including a restaurant for breakfast, soap and water in the rooms, and someone always at reception to help.
I would highly recommend printing out a detailed map to the hotel with landmarks to hand to tourists because many city taxis do not understand where this hotel is or how to get to it.

The staff was very kind and helpful: cleaning employees, receptionists, guards and cooks. They deserve respect and a raise !
The area is very lively, close to many places in Kigali.
Breakfast changes every day.
The rooftop is nice.
The location is noisy because of trafic. Bring earplugs.
Wi-Fi in the rooms is not very good.
No hot water the two last days of my stay.
