Five stars! The highlights of this stay were definitely the panoramic views of Kigali and the very strong WiFi connection. Being so close to local restaurants was a huge plus. Everything was exactly as described.

good location, walking distance to the genocide memorial, new, comfortable room, quiet (double glazing), kitchen available to use, friendly staff
it's still being built, so it's a bit of a construction site (though not noisy). I got a message from from somebody 'in charge of hotel transport' who picked me up from the bus station. It turns out he was a private taxi driver working for them who wanted 15000 RWF! I got him down to 10000, but I felt I was tricked, especially since a motorbike taxi costs 2000.
