Guests can use the dock for boats for an additional $60/day Boats over 50 feet are prohibited (Exceptions might be made for longer boats pending Home Owner's approval) Street parking is not allowed. Driveway only. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Upon booking, we require a copy of the lead guest's drivers license matching the name of the credit card used to book. Absolutely no noise after 10pm outside. No parties or gatherings of more than 12 guests total at the home allowed. There is a max of 8 guests allowed overnight, and a max of 12 guests allowed at any other time. Signing the Rental agreement & Dock Waiver is required for all reservations, no exceptions.
