Nestled in Moline, this charming condo for $49 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This is an upstairs half of a duplex. In a great neighborhood. Outfitted with everything you might need. It’s not an overly big place, but it’s not small either. And seems perfect for a quick stop or an extended stay. We are walking distance to the Taxslayer Center. Two minutes to the 74 bridge, and just a few more to anywhere else in the Quad Cities. I’ve been running a vacation rental for almost four years now, but I’m just joining the Vrbo team. It has been really great, and I’ve been able to meet a lot of wonderful people!

This was a really good experience. The place is clean, comfortable and conveniently located. We were there during some major sub zero weather and snow. Joshua had the drive cleared as well as the walkway. In spite of the freezing temperatures it was completely comfortable inside. Joshua is quick to respond to questions or requests and extremely pleasant. If we’re ever in the quad cities again, this will be our go to destination. He has so many extra amenities that make the stay extremely pleasant. I’d give him 100 stars if I could.

The property was very cozy and when we arrived we found that pizza and waffles were provided for dinner and breakfast. There was coffee, butter, a toaster and microwave, shower products, and extra blankets. We had a wonderful time!

We chose this spot due to its convenience and proximity to family in the area. This was the perfect spot to hang out, sleep, have a cozy breakfast and relax in between family visits. I loved the personality and the personal touches, like the local soap! This was the first time using VRBO and Josh made it perfect, thank you!

Our stay was perfect. Not only were our hosts incredibly nice, they also made our stay feel like visiting friends. The property is cozy, very clean, with a joyful character. Truly a delightful place to stay, and would stay again.

We found everything just as all the previous reviews stated. It had all the necessities we needed for our two night stay. The apartment is very clean and well kept up. We won't hesitate to book here next time we come to the Moline area.

We were in town to look for a home to purchase. This place was a perfect place to land. Close to everything. Josh is the perfect host. Great communicator and very thoughtful. If you want a comfortable, quiet place that gives you easy access to the entire Quad Cities, I highly recommend this place.

Everything was clean and fine about the house. Was able to walk to Vibrant Arena for a show. Spent the day biking the trails checking out the Winery and Breweries.

This place was PERFECT for our stay. Josh was very helpful and nice! The house was super clean and was beyond stocked with anything and everything a person would need! Neighbors are also very friendly! Coming back here for sure!

My wife and I stayed here with our 6 year old son. The place was very clean and taken care of! Quiet neighborhood with off street parking. Check in and out was very easy and Josh communicated very fast. Will definitely be back here!

We stayed one night to attend a concert at vibrant arena. The property was super super clean and convenient. It was about a 20 minute walk to the venue. Only drawback is that the bed isn’t the comfiest in the world, but didn’t bother us much!

I stayed for 3 weeks for work in the area. Plan on staying again next I’m in the area working. So many pluses, my only negative would be the counter space in the kitchen. If your only staying a couple nights wouldn’t even be an issue. I was trying to cook many meals for my work week on my one day off and it was a little difficult. The plus side, great locations with many restaurants within a few minutes. Overall, quiet, clean and 2 thumbs up.

My daughter and I stayed here for a competition. We felt safe and had everything we could have needed. Check in was easy. Place was clean. Lots of linens and extras in case of need. Had some coffee in the morning. Bed was comfy. Owner was responsive. Location was amazing. I already tried to book for the next competition and its full😢

Space was cozy, well-appointed, had everything we needed for the weekend. The cast-iron tub was a plus for a relaxing bath, kitchen offered coffee/basic food items, living-room, large TV, and bedroom were perfect. The location is ideal with a 15 minute walk to downtown bars, restaurants, retail and Vibrant Arena (Taxslayer Center). Communication with Josh was timely and easy.

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect spot to unwind after a long day driving. Josh's spot was clean, comfortable and relaxing. We especially loved the backyard. Off street parking was an added bonus. Highly recommend
