The living area features a cozy sectional and a brand new 65 inch smart TV, ideal for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. A gas fireplace adds a touch of warmth and ambiance to the space. The adjacent dining area boasts a brand new 8-person dining table, where you can enjoy meals together or gather for a game night. Additional seating is available at the three bar seats. The kitchen is well-equipped with upgraded stainless steel appliances, including a KitchenAid gas range and stove. You'll find all the necessary small appliances for your daily coffee or tea, quick lunches, full dinners, or blended margaritas during happy hour. The welcoming entryway and dining area also feature counter seating with barstools for three additional guests. The master bedroom, located off the main living space, provides a private retreat with a king-size bed and stunning mountain views. A brand new 55 inch TV is mounted above the gas fireplace for your entertainment. Loved our stay at this property for a number of reasons: - The owner (Bethany) is super helpful and always available with quick responses to any questions you might have. Check-in and check out was super easy. - Townhome is spacious with a large living room and kitchen area along with 3 well appointed bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The 3 golfers on our trip had plenty of room to relax, enjoy the living area both inside and outside on the patio. Fireplaces in living room and master suite are a bonus since it was just a little chilly the first couple days. - The property has a number of pools and hot tubs, great fitness center and even a diner that's open on the weekend. We had a great breakfast there the last day we stayed. - Great location in La Quinta in close proximity to the La Quinta Resort - where I've stayed a number of times in the past. It's just a short walk (half a mile) to the resort where you can enjoy drinks and/or dinner at 3 different restaurants. We also played one round of golf a the PGA Mountain course which is located right by the resort. Overall, 5 plus stars from our group - we'll definitely be back!
